1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, and clearance products) may be non-returnable unless defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos and a brief description to inquiry@ecomdealbox.com.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the issue.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email us at inquiry@ecomdealbox.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided label or your own tracked shipping method.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items of the same value (e.g., size or color changes), subject to availability.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then contact your bank or card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
